Payments

As a service to our patients we offer a number of affordable options. We request that your initial fee be paid at the start of treatment (the day the braces or appliances are placed). The remainder can be paid in monthly installments over the course of treatment. The frequency of visits has no bearing on the monthly payment. The payment schedule is merely a convenient way to help you meet your total financial obligation. You will be given a payment booklet to use in making monthly payments. We do not charge interest on accounts that are kept current. However, if your payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, a 1.5% per month or 18% per year delinquent service charge will be assessed on the payment that is late.
